[Minecraft 1.7.10 / Forge 1208] Forge Crashes when Rendering Items

Good Day Gentlemen!

 

I am having a client-side crash when my minecraft renders some dropped items (whether dropped by me or by a block such as the Pedestal or Crucible (Thaumcraft), Casting Table/Casting (Tinker's Construct). The items are usually ones with special effect such as the Charged Certus Quartz from Applied Energistics or Slimy Tools from Tinker's, but when getting alchemical results from the Crucible (Thaumcraft) or anything from Castings (Tinker's) it seems the crash happens with anything at all.
