Build failed with an exception.

I'm trying to set up a new workspace.

I did it last week and everything was perfectly fine. Haven't downloaded any system updates or anything since then.

 

When I go into the new folder, open a command prompt there and type: gradlew setupDecompWorkspace after a minute it comes up with this:

Happens with Forge 1180 (what I used earlier that worked) and also with 1230 (latest recommended).

Can someone tell me why it suddenly won't let me download this stuff?

It looks like some forge servers are down, because I and some other guys gets the same/similiar error message.
