UgoCraft (motion craft) wont work with my minecraft forge.

Please help, Ugo Craft, a Japanese mod that translates to motion craft, wont work with my minecraft forge.  Please tell me if i am doing something wrong.  When i put it in the mods folder or the bin minecraft dosnt give me an error message the mod just dosnt show up. yes i am deleting metainf. the mod is a modloader and modloaderMp mod. the mod can be found here http://www.maocat.net/?page_id=5326 .  you will have to translate it into english with google chrome ,i am not sure if other web browsers do that, thank you if u decide to help.

Are you making sure to use Minecraft version 1.2.5? That particular page only has a link for 1.2.5. If you're looking for 1.3.2 version of UgoCraft, try here. Other than that, they're using ModLoaderMP to develop the mod. Which isn't compatible with Forge, I don't think.
