my Operating Environment "Java is Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM, version 1.7.0_40, running on Windows 8:amd64:6.2, installed at C:\Program Files\Java\jre7"

forge is 10.13.2.1240

since 10.13.2.1236 ,minecraft can't load some mod texture normal just like IndustrialCraft2 Applied Energistics 2when i palce this block ,they look will transparent

how can i resolve this problem
