[1.8] Crash after loading pre1.8 generated map

Forge crashes immediatelly after loading a pre-1.8 generated map (generated around MC 1.6.4) with a StackOverflowError.

Forge version: 11.14.0.1247, no external mods installed

crash report: http://pastee.co/ukgbaQ

I played this map in Vanilla MC (no crash!) before I try to play it with Forge.

Previous Version running the map: 1.7.10-Forge10.13.2.1230 with some mods installed.

PS: 1.7.10-Forge10.13.2.1230 to 1.8-Forge11.14.0.1247-1.8 works with some missing items:

That stack trace should not be possible unless you are running something else besides Forge.

There are also some things in the log that concern me such as:

Forge{11.14.0.1247} [Minecraft Forge] (forge-1.8-11.14.0.1247-1.8.jar) Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized->Initialized->Post-initialized->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available->Available

That Avaliable chain should not happen as out state events dont fire beyond the first.

Not to mention the '--CENSORED--' entries.

How are you running the game, I need a clean log. And if it's a world issue, I need the world.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
