Let's say I have made some changes on the vanilla minecraft using MCP/Eclipse, How do I make it so I can use it in the minecraft launcher and play online?

[NOTE IT'S NOT A HACKED CLIENT, JUST MODIFIED SOME THINGS LIKE THE GUI AND SUCH]

I didn't edit any base classes, only modified small lines of code, e.g Main Menu

Still how do I make it as a version and use it using the minecraft launcher profile?
