What Diesieben meant was uninstall Optifine (load a fresh minecraft + forge instance) and see if it works. It does not matter if it's the only thing you have installed. Sanity checks must be done. If it works, complain to the Optifine author since it's not a part of Forge's jurisdiction.

I did that when i posted

Need the log without optifine installed

But then it wont crash

Then it isn't a Forge issue, it's a Optifine issue.
