I crashed when Starting Minecraft Forge 1.6.4

The Lancher Told me to report it Here So Dont Ban me just beacuse im in the wrong place

CPU: Intel 2 Gen Sandy Bridge Core i3 2330M 64-Bit @ 2200MHz

GPU: Intel HD 3000 From 650MHz to 1.1 GHz

RAM: 4GB DDR3

1) 1.6.4 is NOT supported any more

2) Multipart IS NOT RELATED TO FORGE IN ANY WAY.

 

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
