Well maybe I am not including enough but there is a misssing class member, whatever that is. To me it says everything here. I'm using ML and nothing else loaded. There must be one person here that knows. I know Forge has lots of problems but this should be easy. ML and Forge and 1 error loading Forge.

java.runtime.version: 1.7.0_07-b10

os.name: Windows 7

Missing class member: public B c, class: adt, mod: minecraftforge-universal-4.2.5.305.zip

[*]You don't need ModLoader, it should be a blank, un-modded jar.

[*]I find MultiMC is a lot better use.

[*]Somehow when installing the adt class wasn't installed.

I know it's your choice to use MagicLauncher but MultiMC has a one-click install for forge, it's a lot easier.

MagicLauncher often tells lies.

If Minecraft can load and function properly, the warning can be disregarded.

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
