Many modders have used Wavefront models and Techne models in their mods to get better looking items, blocks, tileentities and entities. So I'd like to suggest that AdvancedModelLoader and IItemRenderer would be added to Forge 1.8. IItemRenderer made things so much easier on 1.7 and so did AdvancedModelLoader as well.

This falls under the 'I want my old stuff because change is scarry' category so.. no.

Please pay attention to what is going on in Forge, and the active PRs, notably RainWarrior's for more information.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
