[1.7.10] Looking for some GUI tools. (Scrolling text)

Writing good GUI tools is always time-consuming so I am asking you guys - anyone seen open-source mod that has this and/or maybe has it on his own and would care to share? Maybe it's somewhere in vanilla and I missed it? (I can't think of anything that uses it)

I remember seeing code for scroll bars in the gui that relates to the multiplayer/server selection window.
