I want to install Forge 1.8 but doesnt work, same with 1.7.10

Same error using the Windows installer or any other Version

    you are right, the file is broken. But I downloaded them from this site and the downloads were slow as f**k everytime. Can't open one of them with winrar without an error. Can you send me the universal file of Forge for 1.8 please? So I can install it manuell.
