Besides MultiMC are there any launchers that work with 1.8 Forge?

Preferably one that support micro-upgrading of the pack, like the way Technic Solder works. Btw, I'd be using Technic for just this purpose but they for some reason don't set up the libraries correctly for 1.8, only MultiMC does. The downside to MultiMC is that a complete modpack must be downloaded manually and installed manually by the player every time I change out or upgrade a mod in the pack. Not to mention it is really too tedious for today's gamers. I know, cause no one bothers with it.

So if you are aware of something that meets my needs and you are sure that it will, please let me know.

Conversely, if you know how to make Technic Launcher actually launch a 1.8 Forge client, I would like to know that as well.

Thanks in advance for any and all help and suggestions.

Any launcher that follows the standards put forth by the vanilla mojang launcher will work.

Any that don't follow that need to be yelled at to fix there launcher.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
