Entitytracker hook request

I request a hook or anything other to track entitys. ModLoader has a genius entitytracker i always used, but since i switched to forge, i can't get my items to render when thrown. If something like this already exists, please let me know. I can't find any information on that.

It already exists please do research before posting. How else do you think that mods can have custom entities? There are tutorials out there, go read them.
