Hi, so I have been making a mod-pack but when I go to launch it, its starts launching but I get this error message:

If you installed with the installer that file will exist and you would not get a 404.

This is exactly the error you are SUPPOSED to get if you did not install correctly.

Whatever setup you have you are not installing Forge to the correct folder.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

No, it's not a Forge problem, as stated our installer installs that file so there are no downloads nesasary.
