[1.7.10]How to make trees generate in certain biomes?

I have made my tree,textures and leaves and saplings.Tree is generated via saplings as an oak tree and with items that i made,so thats ok.I need to make that tree to generate in forest and swamp biomes,but still keeping its shape like an oak tree,can someone help me please to make it generate?

But still,how to limit it to some biome,i need my tree to spawn in forest and swamp.
