Can I install forge SDK for both 1.7.10 and 1.8 without breaking anything?

Hi. Pardon my English. I have forge SDK for 1.7.10 but I need to code something for 1.8 too. Can I have both? Is there a tutorial for that? Thank you.

You cannot have both SDK's working together, you have to compile them separately, If you where working on one version that the same API was available on the previous version with zero changes than compiling shouldn't be a problem.

I require Java, both the coffee and the code

thank you. All I want is try to make a chest that's unbreakable by anyone but it's owner. I suppose chests didn't change much from 1.7.10 to 1.8, right?

How to add my mob to another mod's biome in 1.20.1.

You can add mob spawns using Forge's Biome Modifiers feature. I won't go into details on how to use a data generator for them, but here's a simple example:

How to change player renderer and transform model parts?

I have been trying for a while now to make a custom player renderer, and replace the vanilla player renderer with it. So far I've come up with a custom player renderer class that extends vanilla PlayerRenderer:

This logic isn't replacing the renderer, as far as I can tell. Can someone please advise as to why, and how to fix it?
