Direwolf20: "A fatal error has occurred" - EntitySpawnHandler exception

Hello, My server is currently having an issue where when players enter the Nether, certain chunks cause the player to get disconnected and are given the message: "A fatal error has occurred, this connection is terminated". Then when the player tries to join again they get the same message. The error can be found below. This is my error but it is happening for all of my players that go into the Nether (only in certain chunks).

There are no crash reports because the player is not crashing. This error is in the log.

I am using the Direwolf20 pack so I can not update forge. Also, I have tried posting on the FTB support forums however, from the error, it looks like a forge issue.

Thanks, Orc

EDIT: This issue has been fixed. Thanks anyway.

Sadly there isnt much we can do about this, one of the mods you have installed is not synced correctly to the server.

Make sure you talk to the FTB team and figure out why it's not configured Correctly.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
