Adding Wings To Armor Texture

I am currently working on my final armor set before my main mod release and im trying to add wings on the back of an armor texture, would i need to do it in techne or can i just do it on the texture. please help

You mean adding a "Wing" component connected to the piece of Armor?

That may require you to override render armor classes...
