Because since you are on windows in eclipse "FooBar" is the same as "foobar". In a jar file it's not.

Can you show a screenshot of your jar file when opened in a archive manager (like WinRar or 7-Zip)? In a way that we can see in which exact folder your assets are.

See, the folder name is NOT betterarmorandtools (like it should be, ModID must be all lowercase), it is BetterArmorAndTools.

 

Then i wonder for here its right

Make a .lang file.

i did try this

enchantment.speedBoostI=Speed Boost I

and this

enchantment.speedBoost I=Speed Boost I

 

but no one works

the enchantment name should be like so

enchantment.speedBoost=Speed Boost
