That error should not happen when you installed forge with the installer.

Like i said.. i DID use the installer..

forge-1.8-11.14.1.1334-installer-win(1).exe(yeah i downloaded it twice..)

forge-1.8-11.14.1.1334-installer-win.exe

forge-1.8-11.14.1.1404-installer.jar

forge-1.8-11.14.1.1404-installer-win.exe

and more..

Remove the forge profile in your launcher. Then go to .minecraft/versions and delete the folders with forge in them. Then install forge again.

Same Error here, Problem persists after reinstallation (.minecraft folder cleared / redownloaded).

I also tested some versions between 1334 and 1404.

From 1334 until (i think) 1361 another error occured, which was fixed, according to the bug report.

Client> Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/logging/log4j/Level ...

A fix would be great. For me, no forge = no 1.8 ;(

Your launcher is broken somehow. Post the full logs. This has nothing to do with Forge. And only ever use the vanilla launcher.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
