Build and reobfuscate Forge from source

I apologize if this is explained somewhere on the site or in the forums, but I couldn't find it. I can find lots of guides on how to build and reobfuscate a mod built to work with a standard forge binary release, but how do I build and reobfuscate a custom build of a server jar with Forge included? I'm interested in playing with the build but I can't figure it out. The usual MCP techniques won't seem to obfuscate the server jar.

There is no such thing as the 'server jar'

Its universal, if your mod was made correctly it'll work on the dedicated server.
