bigyihsuan
I'm specifically want to be able to use it on both 1.7.10 and 1.8 specifically for FPS-increasing mods.
bigyihsuan
Of course. Forge installs itself as a normal version that you can select on any launcher profile. The "Forge" profile that get's created is just for a quick and easy setup. Ah, okay. Would putting multiple versions of the same mod in the mods folder break anything? (like Mod-A-1.7.10 and Mod-A-1. LexManos
Yes, but this is why there is a plethora of ways to seperate your mods folder out. There is /mods/{mcversion} or the better option of setting your game directory in your profile. Quote I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
