I have a problem.

My custom microblock won't support other micros intersecting it

I know its possible but the lack of java tuts online is not helping

Any help?

Not ForgeMultiPart, ChickenBonessMultiPArt because not written by any Forge authors(Chickenbones named it wrong)

Sorry for my English

It is still called ForgeMultiPart. ChickenBones didn't name it 'wrong', he just chose to have 'Forge' in the name, but it doesn't have anything to do with Forge.

Yes I'm using FMP. I was following Whov's tutorial, but I seem to have missed a step. I'll update my github real quick.

Have a look at the occlusion part in my Tutorial.

And also what do you mean by intersecting? Are you trying to place a microblock that collides with your microblock or one that fills the remaining space e.g. a cover etc.

Collides? It's flatter than a cover, because I'm trying to make ribbon cables :P

Anyway, I want to be able for there to be (potentially) a ribbon cable on every surface of a room or enclosed space. That help?

My github is updated now

Would the bounding boxes of the placed block collide (occlude) with the ones of the new one?

Yes, so what Im getting here is that I should make the bounding boxes small enough to fit other cables in, but leave the part size the same? I've always kept them the same. Ill try it

Seems I got that backwards

Changed the block bounds back and shrank the part and were good!
