Help with .project bug

I created a mod away from home. I put my mod on a usb then took it home. I get the .project cant be found error and when i do the gradlew this is what happens

Any help?

You dont have internet, or your firewall/something is preventing java from being able to download gradle, kill your antivirus and see if that helps.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
