Auto refilling of chests

I run a small 1.8 server, and I have created a spawn location that has a welcome chest with a few started items. I've have been looking unsuccessfully for some easy way to have this chest refill itself without me having to check it. If anyone knows of a forge mod or another way to do this please let me know.
