GUI constantly appearing and disappearing

  when I start a minecraft world, the hotbar, hand, inventory and menu keep appearing and disappearing every second.

 

I am looking for a solution. I am using forge for 1.8 recommended: installer-win

I removed all the mods and it is still happening so It is forge.

 

I deleted them all, logged back on to minecraft and it still happened.

its not just GUI but mobs too.

should I double click splash properties?

I did and nothing happened. it said windows cannot open this file.

Unless you have an EXTREMELY FUCKED UP graphics card, like it's going to explode in the next week this shouldn't have anything to do with that.

And this is why we ALWAYS want logs so we can stop guessing and bickering over what it may be the log will tell us what it is.

Using a simple pastebin/gist site should be straight forward there is a giant box, you put text in that box, you click post.

It gives you a link, you give us that link...
