The .jar and the .json file are there, but forge is not in my versions folder. I am using forge 1.7.10-Forge10.13.3.1355, with the new launcher and minecraft 1.7.10

    Thats the point they don't need to. If you are using a legit launcher then it'll work.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
