We have the mechanics in place to prevent loading of mods  and coremods on incorrect versions.

This is a prime example of modders NOT using those mechanics and causing fuckups for the end users.

But yes, don't install mods for incorrect versions of MC.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
