Trying to install forge-1.8-11.14.4.1563-installer-win on a Win7 o/s.  I double-click on the exe and nothing happens... ever.

 

Please help.

    Then run it manually from the console.

    Also, it should generate a log file in the same folder as the exe, we need this.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
