Server's working now. But I'm getting this client-sided error when joining.

"Fatally missing blocks and items"

Here's my client log: https://paste.ee/p/per0T

I suppose it's due to this:

[16:37:13] [Netty Client IO #1/ERROR] [FML/]: Failed to connect to server: there are 2 missing blocks and items

[16:37:13] [Netty Client IO #1/DEBUG] [FML/]: Missing list: [Railcraft:residual.heat, Railcraft:residual.heat]

But how would I go about fixing it?

Make sure the client and server both have the same setting configured for RailCraft's Residual Heat feature. Also make sure they have the same mods installed (apart from client- or server-only mods), it looks like the server is missing BuildCraft Compat.
