Problems with Server

I just installed a cracked minecraft and made a cracked server but with forge mods

if i start trough the server.bat it wont start my server.

If I start the server with the [embed=425,349]minecraft_server.1.8.jar[/embed] it started the Server but i cant connect it stucks on login.
