MC & FORGE 6.4.0.396 crash at start

sorry if my english is bad i'm  latino.

 

well, the first thing that i have to mencion is that i have a vanilla minecraft, completly new.

 

the second thing is that i download the latest version of Forge 6.4.0.396

 

well, i install like always, open mc.jar with winrar, drag forge files over mc.jar, and delete meta-inf folder, and start minecraft, but... when the game start, the FML do the things that have to do, and then a black screen, and create a log file, the log file is here:

if the way to install are changed, please, make to know me, i want to install my old mods, to create a server, again.
