Hoppers converting what is going in to what it already inside the hopper.

I narrowed the problem down to forge FML and it seems that when I have a full box or furnace and the hopper starts to fill up if say I have a piece of uncooked pork chop in the hopper anything that is feeding into that hopper becomes uncooked pork chops.  This bug also allows me to make a stack of eggs to 64 instead of the 16 max.  If you need me to record video I will of what is going on.

Logs, this was a issue a few builds back with Tema's IItemHandler but it's been fixed since.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

which logs do you need?  I can replicate it on a single player run of minecraft with only Forge and no other mods.

Yes, the logs from that run.
