Swordsmaster16 Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 There is this very annoying bug in Forge that affects the appearance of certain items and the Look of Nether portal Blocks and any other portal blocks that share the same texture as it. Here are some pictures of the bugs: Item Bug: The affected items are Item Frame, Empty map, Lava, Water, Snowball, and Fire. Portal Bug: This is an example of the portal bug. There is a Nether Portal and the portal from the Twilight Forest mod for examples of this annoying bug. Am I doing something wrong or is this a problem for everyone else? If this problem is because of MCPatcher, I have a problem, I can't get minecraft to work when I install mods manually, so MCPatcher is the only way I can install mods. Use MultiMC, if you need a custom launcher. It works pretty well and you can even manage multiple Minecraft instances! Quote Don't ask for support per PM!
