Posted March 25, 20169 yr Hi, upon reinstalling Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on my Main Machine, where I develop my mod, Mac's Utilities, I have run into an issue. When ever I load up the mod inside of my development environment (eclipse) and run the game from there, it doesn't find the textures nor the Language file. How can I fix this?

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. The lang file is located in src/main/resources/assets/<my modid>/lang The Block Textures are located in src/main/resources/assets/<my modid>/textures/blocks The Item Textures are located in src/main/resources/assets/<my modid>/textures/items
March 25, 20169 yr You probably need to add an assets argument to Eclipse's run configurations (in run menu). Something like: --assetsDir "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\.minecraft\assets" And if other strange things fail in Eclipse, then you may need some other arguments as well. The debugger is a powerful and necessary tool in any IDE, so learn how to use it. You'll be able to tell us more and get better help here if you investigate your runtime problems in the debugger before posting.
