I get an error when trying to crate a new armor material on EnumHelper because its no longer a class

 

public static final ItemArmor.ArmorMaterial genericArmorMaterial = EnumHelper.addArmorMaterial("genericArmorMaterial", 250, new int[]{2,3,2,2}, 30);

EnumHelper

and

ItemArmor.ArmorMaterial

still exist in the same place they did in previous versions. The signature of

EnumHelper.addArmorMaterial

has changed to include the new fields of

ItemArmor.ArmorMaterial

, so your current code is referencing a method that doesn't exist.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

i cant open minecrafts.json files so i dont know what to put in the file for it too render

 

You can't open a json with Notepad++, or your IDE? What are you using to make your mod?

    • Hi, I'm trying to add a chance for the LootTableIdCondition.     • When i join every modapack 1.12.x and i press fullscreen it crash and it continue until reinstall
