I have a spawn egg that's titled "Spawn Royal"

Attempting to use it gives me blindness and permanently ruins my worlds (thankfully all of them have been test worlds)

It doesn't show up in NEI either when I look at the spawn eggs, it's only found under Miscellaneous in the creative menu.

In the menu, the egg can be found between Spawn Pixie (biomes o' plenty) and enderminy (ender zoo), indicating its possibly from one of these two mods.

Any idea what mod this is supposed to be from?

Here's the crash report in the event it can help solve this little mystery.

Sorry if this isn't the right place, but I want to make sure I'm not missing content.

Whatever it is, it appears to be from BloodUtils.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.
