redstone circuits causing FPS drops with Forge 12.18.1.2018

I am playing vanilla minecraft on private whitelist server and I love redstone contraptions, so my base is full of them. Every time I start something, minecraft drops from stable 60 FPS to 2 FPS. In SP testing redstone world it is slightly better but it drops FPS as well.

FPS always takes a hit when using redstone as it requires the entire chunk to be re-rendered, multiple times.

Nothing in Forge causes any major drop tho. So you're gunna need to be more specific then 'omfg my fps goes down!'

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

I made a comparsion with same redstone circuit, automatic sugarcane farm toggled with clock, while using Forge, it drops to 2 FPS, but without forge, it stays at stable 60FPS as always.
