Posted July 28, 20169 yr Hi a quick question. My Achievements gets reset everytime i start the client. Is this because when I build from eclipse the jar gets renewed and the achievements gets reset? Not all things in the world are red, there are round objects too!
July 28, 20169 yr No, it's because you get "logged in" as a random player name. Specifically, a random number between 0 and 1000. e.g. "Player392" then "Player178" then "Player251" Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked. DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
July 28, 20169 yr You can specify your Mojang account username (email address) and password using the --username and --password arguments in your IDE's launch profile and ForgeGradle will launch the client using your account instead of a random one. Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

How come all "players" spawn at the same place? If i load up and dig a hole, close the client. start the client back up, and im logged in as a different user i spawn at the last players location.
