Problem with 1.10 forge

I seem to be having a problem loading up Minecraft Forge for 1.10. Maybe someone can lend a helping hand

When I click on PLAY it starts loading up but at some point during loading it says that Java SE stopped working. This only happens with 1.10 and higher

    You have a crappy intel graphics card that is not compatible with modern graphics.

    Disable the loading screen in config/splash.properties

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
