Everytime i run gradlew setupDecompWorkspace && gradlew eclipse i got an error on recompilemc

Yes.  And it's not:

I had this issue to when trying to update forge to 1.10.2 and I was able to fix it by entering this command into my cmd prompt

 

set JAVA_HOME="(put your jdk dir here)"
