[1.7.10] Is there some event for a player swinging?

Basically, I'm trying to make a mod that tracks the cps of a given player. Note that this player is not mc.thePlayer, so I can't use a MouseEvent for it.

 

Is there any easy way that I can tell when a player swings?

1.7.10 is no longer supported once a moderator sees this thread (probably diesieben07) it will be locked and you will be asked to update.
