I have a mod that implements 3 orbs, to craft medium orn you need the basic one , but these orbs have durability so when i craft the medium orb the basic orb only gets damaged but, dont desappear. My question is how I can establish that, when the medium orb is created, the basic orb disappears

    you need to override hasContainerItem and getContainerItem to return the damaged item.

    yes i have done it , when i use the orb in craft the item gets damaged and at 50 uses the item gets destroyed, but i want that when i use a orb to craft another orb that orb desappear

    are pretty self-explanatory, so you should be able to figure out the thing you need to do in the methods. Minecraft and Forge have 

    IRecipe

    implementations you can use for reference. Use your IDE to find them.
