Whenever I break a sticky piston, it falls to the ground without issue but when I pick it up, I get disconnected with an Internal server error.  Neither the client nor the server crashes.  When I log back in, I find that I now have an extra Sticky piston showing that it duped the item.

I have just updated to Forge version 2147 (client via Curse, Server via Windows installer downloaded from website).  A copy of my server and client logs are below (I dont see a way to attach to the post?).

I believe that I have provided everything per the sticky.  If I am missing something, my apologies!  Just let me know and I will provide!  I can also provide an export of the Curse profile if need-be.  All mods were installed via Curse.

Try to reproduce with JUST Forge.

Doesn't seem to be happeneing on my dev world.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
