Posted December 29, 20168 yr I want to play with a curse mod pack with friends but there is no option to download a server version of the mod pack. If i set up a server and I copy the mods from the Client mods folder to the server mods folder, will they work? A lot of the mods of the modpack doesn't seem to have a "server" version. And if someone could set up the server. December 29, 20168 yr Most Forge mods are universal, i.e. they work on both the client and server. Mods that are client-only or server-only should say so on their forum thread/download page. Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.
