I downloaded A fresh minecraft_server.jar from minecraft.net installed "minecraftforge-server-3.3.7.135" only, now my server will not even start.

Try java -Xincgc -jar minecraft_servercopy.jar

You forgot the -jar part.

even 3.3.8.147 give me the same

You didn't install forge properly.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

I grabbed a new copy of mincraft_server.jar rename it to minecraft_servercopy.jar, open minecraft_servercopy.jar and minecraftforge-server-3.3.7.135/minecraftforge-server-3.3.8.147 put all the files from the latter in to the former run " java -Xincgc -jar minecraft_servercopy.jar" and get the error above.

Whatever you're using to copy the files in isnt doing its job.

There isn't much more we can say beyond do it correctly.

If you get a Class not found issue, its cuz you didn't install everything properly.

Makes no difference you're doing *something* wrong that causes it not to copy the files over properly.
