I am trying to make a rooster sound (test.test) play when the item is right clicked... Unfortunately it kills all sounds right now...

Item Code

 public ItemStack onItemRightClick(ItemStack itemstack, World world, EntityPlayer entityplayer)
 {
	int z = mc.thePlayer.inventory.getCurrentItem().getItemDamage();
	boolean par1 = true;
	boolean par2 = false;
	if (z == 1)
		  if (0 <world.getWorldTime() & 12000>world.getWorldTime())
			{
				mc.theWorld.setWorldTime(12000);
				return itemstack;
			}
			else if (12000 <world.getWorldTime() & 23999>world.getWorldTime())
			{
				mc.sndManager.playSoundFX("test.test",100F, 1F);
                                        mc.theWorld.setWorldTime(0);
				return itemstack;
			}

Also here's my Sound Handler too just in case

package net.minecraft.src;

import net.minecraft.src.SoundManager;
import net.minecraft.src.forge.adaptors.SoundHandlerAdaptor;

public class texasjake95_SoundHandler extends SoundHandlerAdaptor
{

public void onSetupAudio(SoundManager soundManager){

}

public void onLoadSoundSettings(SoundManager soundManager) {
	String [] soundFiles = {
			"test/test.ogg"};
	for (int i = 0; i < soundFiles.length; i++){
		soundManager.getSoundsPool().addSound(soundFiles[i], this.getClass().getResource("/XXX/sound/" + soundFiles[i]));
	}
}

}

How do I know if it's right? Try it out.

Btw, I suggest you to use world.playSoundEffect(...) instead of the current function you are using.

I changed the function to that is still kills all sound though like the sound isn't there to be played
