Pixelmon do not show up on my private server

So I was creating a server that me and my friends could play on and wanted to mod it with a pixelmon mod. 

I got all of the steps right for creating the server and downloading the mod, but when I joined the server, no pixelmon were spawning and it didn't ask me for my starter choice.

But when I went into single player the pixelmon were everywhere so I figured there had to be a problem with my server.

Any Ideas?

Wrong part of the forum, could you tell me how you are launching it and shoe s screenshot of your mods and server directory folder.
