Forge 1.10.2 Mac Installation Issues

I'm unable to install forge 1.10.2 on my MacBook Air, and have tried several methods to get it to work. The actual issue is that the Forge window isn't appearing to let me install. This is a list of the methods I attempted.

  • I uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft.
  • Tried deleting the installer file and re-downloading said file.
  • Tried using Terminal

 

I actually have two separate logs from Terminal if anyone wants to read them to help.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Does your installer have (1) at the end? Try renaming the installed file so it doesn't have that, or try adding quotation marks around the file path/name.

1.12 -> 1.13 primer by williewillus.

 

1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.

Something on your network is blocking and malforming the mirriors list on our site.

I should probably add a user friendly/debug message to that, however if you get an error on this you'll probably get an error on other things.

Check your firewalls/whatever. 

 

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

      I tried do download the essential mod to my mod pack but i didnt work. I paly on 1.21 and it should work. I use neoforge for my modding. The weird things is my friend somehow added the mod to his modpack and many others that I somehow can´t. Is there anything i can do?

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
